Job Responsibilities

1. Tender Management:

- Coordinate and manage the entire tender process from initial identification of opportunities through to contract award.

- Develop tender documents, proposals, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs).

- Ensure all tender submissions meet the client's specifications, company standards, and legal requirements.

2. Contract Development and Negotiation:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Ensure that contracts are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary to address any legal issues or risks.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, procurement, project management) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on tender submissions.

- Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, throughout the tendering process.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies.

- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that any potential issues are addressed proactively.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related documentation.

- Prepare regular reports on tendering activities, contract performance, and compliance for senior management.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate and improve tendering processes and strategies to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to contract management and tendering.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, tendering, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Preferred Skills

- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) or equivalent.

- Experience in the industry relevant to the company's operations (e.g., cleaning and/or landscape)

- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
3. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
4. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
5. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
6. Work closely with auditors, customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
7. Manage sub-contractors for on-time supply of treatment process, as well as meeting technical requirement.
8. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
9. Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
10. Review and approve disposition program / action for nonconforming products.
11. Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented.
12. Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements.
13. Ensure the promotion of awareness of statutory, regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.
14. Ensure and coordinate the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. He/She plans, directs or coordinates quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. He/She also works to improve an organisation's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. He/She prepares and update quality documentation, basing their processes on a recognised standard such as ISO 9000 – Quality Management, published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. He/She supervises teams of inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production. He/She recruits and trains supervisors, and provides them with documented quality standards as guidelines for their daily work. He/She also selects quality inspection tools and software to support the inspection team.

Competence Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Quality Management in similar or related industry and 3 years in management level.
• Good knowledge in implementing and up keeping Quality Management System.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility to ensure plant effective quality performance.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the development of Sales across all freight forwarding product types and across all geographies.

Responsibilities:

· Design strategy and set goals for sales growth

· Establish and achieve sales goals as agreed with management

· Generate new sales leads and contacts across all business types and developing a strong pipeline

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in industry-related events.

Management and Growth (30%)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• At least 3 years of experience in client servicing and team lead capacity working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• At least 1 year of managing multiple marketing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum

Preferred qualifications for this role include:
