• Work alongside the DCBM Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region
• Management of cost insights and cost analytics for lease fit-out projects in the region, including cost KPI's and development of Power BI dashboards

• Commercial management of the lease provider (LP) from liaison with procurement office on the RFP documents through to the final payments and agreement of the final accounts and paperwork. This will also include:

Job Requirements:
