Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to drive marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify high-growth areas and expand brand identity in China and beyond.
• Recruit, train, and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions and colleges, both locally and overseas.
• Participate in educational exhibitions, open houses, and roadshows for agents & student recruitment activites.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries.
• Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to support, implement, and execute student recruitment plans.
• Provide support for other assignments as directed by the HOD and President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a private education institution.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Position Overview: The Manager, Digital Asset Products will play a key role in supporting the development, management, and optimization of digital asset products. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations, to enhance our digital product offerings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about technology, and eager to contribute to the strategic direction of the company's digital asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for digital asset offerings, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other digital goods.
• Support the product management team in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
• Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and roadmaps.
• Track and report on product performance metrics, providing insights for optimization and growth.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to product development and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging technologies in the digital asset and fintech sectors to drive innovation and product enhancement.
• Support customer-facing teams by providing product knowledge, training materials, and troubleshooting assistance when needed.
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral and communications to promote digital asset products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, digital assets, fintech, or a related industry.
• Willing and prepared to work outside of official hours in times of work exigencies and when business picks up
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or other digital asset products is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for technology, digital innovation, and emerging trends in the fintech space.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital product management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to digital assets.
• Familiarity with the broader digital asset ecosystem (e.g., DeFi, Web3).
• Experience in customer support or user education for digital products.
