• 2 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
