About the job

Reporting to the RVP, ISV Sales APAC, this position is needed to manage relationships with some of our largest current Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving project success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and market trends.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Qualifications/experience related to IT project management will be a preferred.

Job Requirements

• ITE certificate or Diploma in Accounting

• 1 year of work experience in accounts or basic understanding of accounting.

• PC Literate, proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Experience in handling high volume of transaction

• Good communication skills and good team player

• Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our customer base in Asia Pacific as a Technical Key Account Manager
• Provide technical consultation based on detailed knowledge of our customers’ technical and organizational set-up and business needs
• Coordinate changes of customer connectivity to company's platforms,including potential improvements to customers’ current technical infrastructure
• Coordinate release changes and support release management with internal andexternal parties
• Support customers by answering queries via phone and email,including call logging, ticket creation and escalation
• Offer additional support to Operations during Asia time zone for market operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Information Technology, naturalsciences or engineering or equivilant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills, team skills, team orientedphilosophy, willingness to learn permanently and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time whilemaintaining commitment to deadlines
• Sound analytical skills as well as good understanding and anticipation ofcustomers’ technical requirements and needs
• Work pro-actively, independently, goal-oriented and demonstrate initiative
• Written and spoken German language to be able to support Germany counterparts.
• Knowledge about Client-Server Architectures will be highly advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
• Execute design activities of reference design in IC/Semiconductor customers. Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
• Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
• Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
• To perform IC marketing activities to identify trends and target business.
• Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/government agency) to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.
• Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
• Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in any engineering related field.
• Min 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
