• Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately.
• Maintain records of ounstanding payment from debtors.
• Perform reconciliation of incoming payments.
• Any accounting related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years exprience required
• Attention to details while performing all tasks
• Experience using SAGE software preferred.

Job Scope:

• Generate new business opportunities and lead generation through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key benefits
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and meet monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales goals
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, issues, and feedback
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues as needed
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, or networking events to promote products or services
• Report on sales performance and market conditions to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' level education
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Several years of experience in sales of construction equipment and materials preferred
• Clean driving license and own transport required
• 5-day work week, subject to site requirements
• Attractive remuneration package with commission offered
