As an Account Manager (Freelance On-site), you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Job Description:

• Perform accounting related reconciliations.
• Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Provide administrative support to team.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year relevant experience in admin and accounting
• Preferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.45 am – 5.40 pm), Sat (8.45am - 12.45 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Assist with month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports.
• Maintain schedules for intercompany transactions and balances.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports in accordance with local regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Diploma in Accountancy, or currently pursuing an ACCA qualification.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Diligent, result-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
