The scope of the Strategic Investments and Business Development function at Olam Agri covers M&A, greenfield investments, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives. As a key member of the SIBD team, the Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth strategy of Olam Agri. S/he will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, from deal origination and analysis to execution and post-deal integration. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and driving each project stage to a successful completion.
