Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external service providers, including tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries.
• Update weekly cash flows and support quarterly GST filings, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Maintain financial records, including fixed asset registers and intercompany transactions.
• Manage bank accounts, facilitate openings, and assist with AML/KYC checks.
• Support tax filings, compliance reporting, and statutory submissions.
• Process payments, claims, and handle other financial tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Singaporean only.
• Knowledge or experience in finance would be advantageous.
• Experienced in AML/KYC management, taxing, accounts receivable & payable would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices.

Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail etc.).

· Issue customer account statements.

· Perform AP/AR function.

· Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.

· Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.

You will responsible for the overall accounting activities for and serve as an internal resource, providing support to the finance manager and to Jun Yuan Holdings Pte Ltd personnel on a variety of financial topics.

Job Duties Include:

1. Monthly billing and AR monitor:

• Responsible for monthly billing process and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and accurate recording in Navision accounting system.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Assist in consolidation of financial results from various business units.
• Provide support during audits, responding to auditor requests and ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of GST report.

3. Cash Flow Management:

• Periodic reconciliation and updating of bank statements and cash book.

4. Payment Processing:

• Processing of expenses claim by various department after validation of various requirements as per work process in place.

5. Admin Support:

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities and activities, which may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related role.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated the ability to problem solve, think critically, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment as a team player

• 5 Days work week: 8.30am - 5.30pm
