About the job

Reporting to the RVP, ISV Sales APAC, this position is needed to manage relationships with some of our largest current Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
• Handling of queries and conducting centre visits to potential prospective leads
• Input data on ECDA website (E.g. register for Teacher’s LON)
• Put up claims or expenses for the centre
• Prepare financial and centre reports (E.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report, etc)
• Liaise with parents
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in any administrative role, preferably in Preschool Environment
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
• Able to multitask and work within the deadline

Job description:

The Key Account Executive, Retail – FMCG, is part of our Sales team. He/she is expected to work closely with the other KA Executives and Managers, as well as with Marketing, Sales Operations, Import & Export, and Finance & Accounts departments. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process AP postings, invoices, payments, and fixed asset master data accurately.
