• Salary (commensurate with experience) : GROSS Up to $7500 (Basic up to $5000 + $1000 Transportation + 150 Mobile Phone) + Competitive Commission scheme on top of Salary Package (Target 3 times)

Main Responsibilities:

• Hunt and secure fresh business and customers
• Meet targets and/or increase the organization's revenue, volumes, and gross profit
• Execute business development strategies and tactics
• Interact with local and overseas vendors / agent (including Air, Ocean, and others) on securing the best rates in the market for customer proposal purposes.
• Manage and analyze the performance of owned customers, identify the need for action and execute these actions
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required

Requirements:

• Ability to secure fresh business and customers independently
• Possess own customer base

• Min. 5 years in a customer facing role in freight forwarding, shipping line, air cargo, logistics, supply chain or similar industries, in the roles of business development, sales, commercial, operations or customer service.

General Purpose:

The Account manager is responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business. The Account manager is assigned the territory to manage, develop and market Kyriba’s solutions in order to secure new subscription business in our Software-as-a-Service business model. Working in collaboration with sales leadership and other team, the Account manager engages with VP, Senior VP and C-level contacts within prospective customers developing relationships and closing business at or above expected and assigned levels per period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build, nurture and execute pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive bookings within your territory.
• Own entire sales process from prospecting to closing business.
• Responsible business conduct within his/her assigned accounts : in-depth understanding of the account’s strategies
• Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, Requests for Information and pricing requests.
• Analyze situation and implements solutions, or develops new approaches
• Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to Kyriba NA Sales management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Results driven individual with a minimum 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in enterprise applications or business applications.
• Have a mindset to work as a team and interpersonal skills to enhance smooth collaboration with stakeholders, technical team, Kyriba head office, and partner companies.
