Job Description and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets.
• Monitor and report on budget variances.
• Develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Audit and Compliance: Participate in internal and external financial audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Implement and review financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Financial Strategy and Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement financial policies to improve operational efficiency.
• Supports the GM in strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Team Management: Supervise and train finance assistants. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, costing and tracking efficiency.

Job Duties:

· Handle the generation and management of invoices, accounts, corporate filings and

reporting for CPF, GST, IRAS, ACRA, MOM.

· Assist management with written and verbal communication in English and

Mandarin.

· Process orders and generate invoices

· Conduct monthly stock counts

· Perform scanning and filing tasks

· Assist with monthly journal entries and related financial tasks.

· Perform general administrative tasks and provide support for ad hoc assignments as required.

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm

Working days: 5 days work week

Requirement:

• Possess a minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field
