Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that services to the customer are delivered to specification and on time. The Senior Account Manager (AM) reports directly to the Regional Account Director (RAD) and is responsible for liaising with Client Service team and the central procurement team to ensure that services to the customer are delivered to specification and on time.

Account Assistant

• Location: Senoko, Woodlands

Job responsibilities

• Main Function - Accounts receivable, including Credit Control, process documents received from customers, monthly accrual Journals, manage a small set of Malaysia’s accounts
  Process and prepare accounting source documents such as cheque payment, payment vouchers, manage stationeries etc
  Filing and custody of accounting documents assigned
  To follow up with Customers on payment issues
