The Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) serves to increase efficiency and improve customer experience in financial services of the ministry and the home team department.

You will be part of the Fixed Assets (FA) team and is responsible for ensuring that the fixed asset register is complete and in compliance with prevailing polices, law and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end Fixed Asset (FA) reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews.
