Job Description

• Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations
• Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by the Builders. Ensure high quality control for all civil and structural as well as architectural works to be carried . This includes sample tests for materials and workmanship etc
• Watch for faulty workmanship and material incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectifications
• Check line and level and layout of structure during erection and that intentions of contract drawings are adhered to
• Check structural slab beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of design details are followed
• Keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed
• Issue such further instructions and clarifications of details as and when required; and to inform Architect / Engineers for issuance of Architect’s Instruction or Architects' clarification
• Work under the direction of RE, PE and Architect for site organisation, allocation of duties and tasks and coordinate with Architect for M&E services and structural design that affects architectural and ID works.
• Participate in Client/Consultant's site meeting and technical meeting if required by RE
• Vet and signoff inspection forms and quality related issues including all dry-lays, trade demonstrations, method of statements, mock-ups, defects inspection and rectification follow-up to sign-off, M&E testing and commissioning, handover to client.
• Check architectural and ID works and intent of design details are followed. To notify Architect of any design intent conflicts and quality variations, illegal works.

What you will need:

• Registered with IES-ACES Joint accreditation Committee ( JAC ) as Resident Technical Officer with a minimum diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years or more relevant experience
• Experience in precast RC piling works and structural steel buildings are preferred
• Comfortable for Project Site at Tuas South

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Branch IT Risk Framework (eg: IT Risk Register, Technology Committee, critical system assessment, due diligence of IT outsourcing)
• Working with Japan HO IT Risk Management Div Cyber Security Team & performing system risk assessment or conduct Cyber Security Exercise.
• Assist IT manager of Cyber Security Training for employee and Senior Management
• General security awareness training to all employee
• Cyber Security Incident desktop exercise to Senior Management
• Manage and maintain IT Policy and Procedures .
• Assist IT manager of oversight the Security Control of IT environment.
• Working IT infra team & IT Dev team to improve security enhancement such as Patch Management /MAS vulnerability circulation, Access Control and Monitor the segregation control of each IT role.
• Review and manage contract renewal with IT vendors under MAS Outsourcing Guideline.

Job requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any IT-related discipline.
• Local Japanese speaker JLPT N1-N2 is advantage.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of IT Risk or Cyber Security experience or/and preferably with working experience in banking sector or similar regulated industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of network PC, devices and platform operating
• systems, and demonstrates technical skills, problem solving.
• Strong communication skill to act both independently and within IT team, in a fast-changing mission-critical environment
• Good attitude and ready to take on any relevant assignment, and the ability to learn and work smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Keeping up with all the email correspondence

· Meet and greet premium guests who check in at Guest Services Lounge for their flight;

· Manage feedback received from guests in person, via call and email;

· Collate compliment / complaint / feedback statistics into monthly reports;

· Perform rotating shift work;
