Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, the Human Resource Executive candidate is to manage the overall Company’s HR functions assigned to him/her and is competent on the following:

- Supervise the monitoring of the ongoing and new job postings via the various recruitment platforms

- Liaise and work closely with Operations Executives on their manpower staffing needs

- Liaise and work closely with external government agencies on ongoing HR projects and regulatory compliance requirements

- Assist in the review of performance of all staff

- To act as independent channel for grievous handling for our staff

- Provide innovative and improvement HR works that can create positive employee satisfaction for the Company

Qualification Requirements

• GCE N / O / Diploma / Degree

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word

Job Responsibilities:

· Handling import, export, and local shipments

· Prepare import and export permit declarations

· Ensures Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed in accordance with customer’s import and export job orders

· Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services to be borne by customers in the Job Sheet for finance to bill for customers

· Handle email correspondences with customers

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ITE or its equivalent but not necessary.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage (training will be provided).

Key Tasks:

• Check and submit delivery documents for billing
• Ensure timely return of delivery documents
• Post, dispatch and scan documents to customer per requested timelines
• Issue claim form to driver, arrange re-delivery or GRN accordingly
• Acquire required data from Jobs summary, delivery documents, delivery quotation & pay contract
• Submit truck efficiency report
• Submit all cash/cheque collected to Finance based on customers' delivery summary

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum ITE qualification in admin / office skills
• At least 1 year in administration experience in logistics / transport industry
• Able to meet tight deadline

• Handle incoming enquiries and requests from residential customers.
• Engage in daily operations, actively contributing to problem resolution and providing customer service support.
• Explain invoices, address account-related queries, and manage retail contracts effectively.

About the job

Reporting to the Easy Buying Manager & Team Leader, you will help to build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits. Your assignment

• To provide resolutions towards customer enquiries and complaints by processing exchange and returns claims, refunds, IKEA Family Member Card issues, home delivery and other related customers enquiries
• Manage enquiries from both walk in and phone in IKEA customers and provide service recovery
• Provide customer recovery support, such as working with sales and logistics team to resolve out of stocks cases and manage cash on delivery cases, etc
• Ensure the correct orders are handed over to customers at the merchandise pick-up point
• Support in back-office duties such as oversold cases, issues with transport provider billings and open customer cases logged in Customer relations management system
• Understanding and implementing the department policies and procedures to ensure safety and security compliance and to provide customers a positive shopping experience
