Job Requirements:

• Manage account receivable including issue and send invoice to customer, follow up with customer for payment.
• Record payroll and depreciation journal in system.
• Record supplier invoice and payment voucher in system.
• Full set account experience will be added advantage.
• Familiar with MYOB or other accounting system
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
• Execute other ad hoc tasks the Company assigns.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of work experience in finance operation, accounting related functions.
• At least LCCI qualification,
• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Candidates that can communication with China customer is an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customer issues

• Customer success rep must take ownership of the customer’s problem and be the single point of contact for all enquiries related to the troubleshooting procedure, the expected resolution time, and updates on the progress made.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• A lot of times, there are issues which are highly technical or beyond the scope of what a success rep can handle on the spot. For such cases, the success rep needs to make sure that the problem is being communicated to the right internal teams and that they take appropriate action to resolve it.

Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers

• The work of a success rep does not end at just resolving a customer issue. They also need to follow up with the customer, find out if the solution actually worked, and take note of the customer’s suggestions on what can potentially improve their experience.

Document knowledge in the form of solution articles

• The solution to every customer problem provides a valuable learning experience to success rep. They should be able t0document this knowledge in the form of help content or solution articles so that the same problems don’t occur in the future.

Master the configuration of our helpdesk software (Freshdesk)

• Success rep should be able to configure the functionalities of the Freshdesk and use it to resolve customer problems in a more streamlined manner.

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Responsible for full set accounting processes and tasks such as AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)

· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline.

· Oversee year-end audits, prepare statutory accounts, and conduct financial analysis.

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required.

· Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

· Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing following accounting standards and company guidelines.

· Perform timely and accurate invoicing and billing activities.

· Prepare of GST Submission

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in similar position

· Advantage to know software such as Xero.

· Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to multi-tasks

· Able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Good communications skills

· Candidate with short notice period or immediately availability would be an advantage.

· Accounting/Business/Economics Diploma

Job Description :

• Perform as Project Lead in Shimano Logistics Hub for both WIP and Finished Goods warehouse
• Deploy AI technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency
• Drive safety projects to continuously improve logistics safety performance
• To plan, coordinate and lead project execution
• Establish process priorities checklist to monitor project effectiveness, and develop forecasting plans to meet project dateline
• Analyse data and interpret situation from day to day task, make recommendations for improvements.
• Update on the latest advancement in logistics technologies to develop operation processes
• Collaborate with external partners such as vendors, transporters, 3PL and system developers to leverage their expertise and resources in advancing logistics operation
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) will be advantage
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skill
• Good observation and monitoring skill
• Preferbaly with leadership and teamwork skill
• Proficient in project management is preferred
