We are representing our client who is a global player in the IT Service and Consulting space in hiring for an Account Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive understanding of allocated accounts, identifying customer challenges and needs, and offering comprehensive solutions with the firm's range of products and services.
- Thoroughly cover assigned accounts through detailed analysis, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales opportunities through various communication channels including face-to-face meetings, written correspondence, and telecommunication.
- Successfully close sales opportunities to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all product lines.
- Demonstrate expertise in large account selling and cross-selling, fostering a team-oriented sales environment, and engaging in meaningful discussions with C-level executives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives across different business units within assigned accounts.
- Devise winning strategies and ensure active participation in major Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the industry.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to retain existing customers.
- Deliver timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and account information to management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess a positive, dynamic, resilient, aggressive, and results-driven attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong positive client relationships.
- Proven track record of success in achieving goals within a similar industry.
