We are looking for a Senior Manager to manage our ongoing client relationships in SE Asia and India. The role would entail:
Own the client relationship post-sales
Lead onboarding of new clients to Accacia’s platform and manage various stakeholders on client-side
Make monthly/quarterly check-in presentations to the client/Board of Directors to update of progress and key metrics for their companies
Identify upselling opportunities (vertical and horizontal) to clients and coordinate with sales team to close on such opportunities
Identify keys challenges and opportunities with the clients for Accacia
Prepare summary reports/presentations and client case studies
Keep abreast of latest innovation and regulatory trends in real estate sustainability
