Job Overview
As an Account Executive for a local M& E Maintenance Company, you'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, such as keeping track of financial records, preparing reports, and ensure all the records are accurate and up to date. This position requires strong communication & negotiation skills, and a meticulous work attitude.
Main Responsibilities
· Maintain and Prepare Company Account– accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, invoicing and quotations,
· Follow up with Payment Response, and Issued Tax Invoice ensuring payment on time,
· Proactively follow up on subcontractors and customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues, discrepancies and invoices,
· Matching and checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO and quotations,
· Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation,
· Prepare budgetary and presentation to clients,
· Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements,
· Staff payroll, OT, CPF e-submission, GST submission & IR21 submission
· Maintain an accurate & Up-to-date client database, and banking records,
· Assist general administrative duties, such as MOM matters including work pass application /renewal/cancellation, and
· Handling banking duties, and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Full application of XERO,
- Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in the relevant field,
- Degree in Accounting or Finance,
- Proficient in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
- Able to work independently and tight schedule.
Salary range: $ 3,500 to $ 4,000 per month based on experience, qualification and interview outcome.
