Responsibilities:

• To monitor progress of the works on site and to report delays immediately.
• To assist Resident Engineer and/or Architect and Engineer in all aspects relating to the construction of the project.
• To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, day works, provisional quantities etc.
• To attend all meetings relating to the project and other duties as directed by the Architects and Consultants from time to time.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and coordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• To undertake any other duties related to the project and when instructed by the consultant team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of Civil work experience with strong knowledge of local construction practices.
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Structural.
• Registered RTO with IES/BCA with valid certification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.

· Attend to phone-in enquiries and/or emails correspondence and provide personalized services to customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

· Accurate case logging into the Customer Relationship Management system.

· Follow-up on all outstanding/existing cases.

· Liaise with Business Unit Stakeholders and Overseas Partners to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

· Reports to the Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader.

Requirement:

· GCE 'O' level

· 1 year Customer Service experience in call center (Inbound calls)/ Customer Service related industry is preferred

· Active listener and possesses problem-solving skills

· Fast learner, good team player in a fast-paced environment

Working Location: Northeast/West/North

• Provide facilities management services for shopping malls in various locations around Singapore. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events etc.
• Any other duties are assigend by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service orientated mindset.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
