Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations
Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times
Requirements:
Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction

Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification docuemnts).
Assist on all crew issues.
Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
Experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Safeguard the property of guests, employees and premises from theft, vandalism, arson and other criminal acts, and take appropriate actions against any person/s doing so.
Make regular rounds of all corridors and areas in YWCA Fort Canning.
Be familiar with all entrances and exits where unauthorized person/s may gain entry.
Record all unusual incidents and report to the Security Manager without delay.
Prevent the harassment of guests from unauthorized person/s.
Provide proper assistance to the Police and Fire services as and when the need arises.
Be thoroughly familiar with all safety rules and regulations including Fire Fighting. Procedures and equipment, to render assistance in any emergency cases.
Carry out any other duties or instructions pertaining to the safety and security of YWCA Fort Canning and when directed by the Security Manager/Supervisor and the Management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of working experience as security guard.

Able to perform shift work.
