This is a newly created role reporting to the Global Head of Compliance based in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of a compliance program for the APAC region, ensuring adherence to derivatives regulations, trade sanctions, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Collaborate with the global compliance team to foster a culture of integrity and compliance within a dynamic trading environment.
• Lead training initiatives and develop localized compliance policies to meet regional and global requirements.
• Monitor and investigate derivatives trading activities to ensure regulatory alignment and mitigate risks such as spoofing, wash trading, and price manipulation.
• Evaluate physical commodity transactions to address potential risks related to sanctions, bribery, and AML.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes by contributing innovative ideas and aligning with global strategies.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience with derivatives compliance
• Banking or Commodities background is essential

1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

- Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures.

- Distribute room keys and inform guests about room amenities and hotel services.

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, making guests feel welcome and valued.

- Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and effective problem-solving.

3. Payment Processing:

- Collect payments for hotel accommodations and additional services.

- Maintain accurate billing and payment records.

5. Computer Proficiency:

7. Physical Stamina:

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least GCE O-level or equivalent.

- Minimum 1 year of hotel front office working experience is preferred. Candidates with no related experience will also be considered, as on-the-job training will be provided.

- Pleasant and well-groomed.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enjoys interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.

- The candidate must be able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays (9–12 hours).

- A good team player, can work independently and is able to work under pressure.
