Sales and Account Development

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive adoption of IRECKONU’s cloud-based middleware solutions and Customer Data Platform within your region.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas by building a robust pipeline of new customers and upselling existing accounts.
• Identify and target hotels, management companies, and ownership groups that can benefit from IRECKONU’s solutions.
• Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their operational needs and aligning them with our platform's capabilities.
• Drive upsell opportunities by introducing customers to additional features, modules, or services, ensuring they maximize the value of their IRECKONU investment.

Industry Expertise and Consultative Selling

• Utilize your deep understanding of hotel operations and tech challenges to present IRECKONU’s solutions as the answer to their pain points, including data unification, guest personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Apply consultative selling techniques (knowledge of MEDDICC methodology is a plus) to understand prospect decision-making processes and address objections effectively.
• Stay informed about trends in hotel technology, guest experience platforms, and competitors to position IRECKONU as the preferred partner.

Customer Success and Renewals

• Foster strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Project Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Conduct regular account reviews to set clear objectives and milestones, ensuring client satisfaction and ROI.

Market Representation

• Represent IRECKONU at trade shows, conferences, and events as a thought leader in hospitality technology.
• Be physically present at the IRECKONU office in Singapore
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement localized strategies for generating leads and building brand awareness in your region.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, including detailed account notes, opportunities, and activities.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts that reflect IRECKONU’s terms while considering customer needs and legal ramifications.

Your Profile

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel tech sales or a related field, ideally selling SaaS solutions tailored to hospitality.
• Proven success in closing deals with hotels, hotel brands, or management companies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working independently, meeting sales targets, and managing a diverse sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and systems (e.g., PMS, CRS, guest engagement platforms).

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling middleware or guest personalization platforms is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of IRECKONU's solutions is a must
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales applications.

The Accounts Executive assists the Finance Manager in all finance-related operations

Key Responsibilities

· Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable

· Able to handle full set of Accounts

· Liaise with vendors and/or customers to address financial requests and queries

· Prepare GST schedule as required

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Account Executive/Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and support tasks to the Finance department, playing a key role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

What You Will Do At HeLa Labs?

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including entering invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling bank statements.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, recording and categorizing financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit basic financial reports, such as accounts payable and receivable aging reports, and reporting to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with annual financial audits.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:

• Familiarity with blockchain transactions (Etherscan) and on-chain asset tracking (MetaMask)
