Auxiliary Police Officer

Responsibilities

As an Auxiliary Police Officer, you will be stationed at the frontlines to provide security services for airlines, contributing towards protecting modern aircraft fleets, as well as ensuring the safe transport of travelling passengers. Other ad-hoc duties include securing the safety of other vital installations in Singapore that encompass the protection assets.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 'N' level credits (diploma holders may be considered for Sergeant rank)

· Must be able to pass annual IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test)

· Must be able to identify and differentiate color for work purposes.

· Comfortable with rotating work shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out in-house & on-site calibration on temperature instrument / equipment
• Provide technical support for customers (internal & external)
• Liaise with customers (internal & external) for schedule / arrangement
• Maintain Test and Measurement Equipment / upkeep Quality Documentation
• Participate in Safety / Quality activities
• Carry out other duties as assigned by IC or engineer

Requirements

• NTC3 / ITE / diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics
• 1 to 2 years working experiences in related field
• Knowledge in accredited laboratory / ISO17025
• Freshers are welcome, training will be provided.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assigned to handle export documentation.
• Ensure accurate and error-free manifestation of all shipments.
• Correspond with agents across our global network.
• Liaise with customers regarding our requirements.
• Ensure timely billing.
• Manage and organize records and files effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level or Polytechnic diploma.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred experience in the shipping line industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Positive personality traits and a strong team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vessel's Agent for delivery to vessel and other local warehouse
• Preparation of delivery documents
• Handles data Entry to play the delivery
• Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and cargo readiness
• Assist and liaise with Customers on their Adhoc requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior
• Knowledge and Experience in Freight is an advantage
