The Senior/Accounts Officer shall be assigned duties in Shared Services

• Processing of fixed assets additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, etc
• Maintenance of fixed assets register
• Month-end closing
• Preparation of audit schedules and other schedules for regulatory reporting
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements
• Attending to queries from users concerning fixed assets matters
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma in Accounting
• Relevant working experience in a Shared Services environment.

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Good numerical and Excel skills

Generic skills include:

• Meticulous in carrying out job duties
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment with a penchant for improvements
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication skills

• Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courtesously
