Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. This includes books keeping, full set of accounts and financial aspects and day-to-day management of admin operations
· Prepare and review monthly financial reports, sub-group consolidation including perform variance analysis
· Ensure timely, accurate and month-end closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions and financial reporting to management
· Assist in group consolidation reports and schedules
· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany and operational activities
· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial, tax and government authorities where required
· Support and ensure compliance with corporate filing requirements, tax filing requirements, quarterly GST, audit and forms both statutory and internal
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST and XBRL
· Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time
· Report to Finance manager/CFO
Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting & finance
· Good working knowledge of SFRS (I) and FRS
· Well-versed in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and Word
· A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
· Can-do attitude, pro-active, have good attention to details, driven and passionate about work
· Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organization skills
· Experience in NAV system will be viewed favorably
· Prior experiences with SGX listed company or audit is an advantage
· Immediate / Short Notice Starter Preferred
