• Handle intercompany transactions, including fund transfers, collections, and payment arrangements.
• Administer bank and loan accounts, including opening/closure, interest calculations, foreign exchange transactions, cash withdrawals, bank reconciliations, and document management.
• Assist in financial and management reporting, including preparation of AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly management accounts for the Group and its consolidated accounts.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretarial service providers, and other professionals on financial accounting, operational, and compliance matters, providing necessary information.
• Support audit and tax-related matters, including preparation of schedules, addressing queries, and providing required information.
• Collaborate with parent companies on reporting, financial information, system migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by finance and senior management personnel, including corporate finance tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Yonyou is advantageous), MS Excel, and Word.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with China counterparts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within deadlines.
