• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial transaction records.
• Support tax compliance efforts and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc accounting projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues across different countries.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Position title: Accountant

Salary: $4800 - $5000

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Working Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries.
• Cash flow management.
• Review payment for subsidiaries and intercompany monthly confirmation.
• Prepare for corporate income tax filing.
• Review GST working prepare by assistant.
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial and tax agents, etc.
• Assist in Group monthly / quarterly / half yearly financial reports.
• Ensure timely submission of ECI / Tax submission for the Group.
• Annual budget preparation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in Full set accounting and group consolidation.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamic accounting software.
