1) Threat Detection:

- Use of tools to scan/ detect/ analyze/ correlate threats

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Testing and Java SDK.
• Analyze business requirements and technical designs for testability and traceability
• Participate in test planning, estimating, and scheduling
• Develop test plans covering functional, system integration, and regression testing
• Design both manual and automated test cases and scripts
• Utilize appropriate tools for the development and execution of manual and automated test cases and scripts
• Diagnose, document, help troubleshoot, and isolate bugs and issues encountered during testing
• Log daily progress and escalate testing issues using the appropriate escalation paths

about the job

The Accountant will be responsible for generating monthly financial reports, maintaining a full set of local accounts, and consolidating quarterly GST reports for approval and submission. Additional duties include managing the fixed asset register, covering acquisition, depreciation, and disposal, as well as preparing and submitting the annual budget. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with a smaller finance team and being able to be hands-on for the full sets of accounts (not reviewer) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders. Office is at Raffles Place, 4 days wio, 1 day wfh.

• Prepare full set of accounts
• Data entry AP & AR, Bank reconciliation
• Prepare GST, accounting schedules
• Conducting periodic account closing operations
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents
• Respond to client inquiries
• Maintaining up-to-date customer master data records
• Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiar with Xero accounting software
• Handle sensitive information in confidential manner

Requirements

• At least diploma and above
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Detailed and careful person
• Preferably able to speak/write/read in Mandarin to liaise Chinese clients
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Experience in administration would be an advantage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
