Job Description:

Hands on on FP&A - Financial Planning & Analysis and accounting Prepare monthly fixed asset capitalisation submission

Track expense booking, prepare month-end accruals

Prepare actuals vs forecast variance analysis

Prepare quarterly expense forecast

Detail oriented and able to draw insights from data and good at collation of large data sets via Excel

Ability to navigate in a complex environment, work in ambiguity and achieve outcome

Expreince in Banking/Financial organization is added advantage

Degree holder in Accountancy or Business or Finance is preferred

Responsibilites:

• Conduct new and periodic Know-Your-Vendor (KYV) checks within SLA & KPI (Know-your-vendor is similar to Know-your-customer), updates KYV reports, tracker, and filings.
• Response to the user requests on KYV or related matters
• Escalate hit cases with the various functional team to conclude KYV checks.
• Ad-hoc assignment and back up of staffs if required.

Requirement:

• 6 months of working experience as KYC, Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, AML, Onboarding or banking operation.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office such as excel, powerpoint, words, and outlook
• Able to use computer system.
