The Fund Accounting Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.

• Monitor the work activities to ensure timeliness/accuracy of the funds activities in a department, including calculation of NAV and distribution factors
• Assist in reviewing stock and cash reconciliations as a Checker to ensure the exceptions noted have no NAV impact and items cleared are treated correctly

IT/OT-Cyber:

• Act as a Single Point of Contact to:
  Resolve any IT/OT related issues. Work with vendors to prepare Root Cause Analysis and document lesson learnt
  Plan and execute new project or upgrade initiatives for OT/Cyber operation
  Onboard new sites to Centralized Monitoring system for Operation and Cyber
• Support both IT and OT operations including but not limited to:
  Regular security patching for systems and applications
  Update antivirus

What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
• Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles
