Can choose 8:30AM - 5PM / Default hours
Salary : $3,800 - $4,400

(Years of experience more than 5 years, with prior role in Accounting Firm / handles fund / real estate)

Overview:

We are a professional firm offering Accounting, Tax, Corporate Secretarial & advisory services and we specialize in Marine, Investment Fund, Real Estate & Crypto industry. We mainly support Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Note: Senior Executive role includes coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Must possess experience in managing multiple entities’ full sets of accounts & consolidation / prior work experience in professional firms.
• Candidates who are currently studying / attained Accounting Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA are advantageous)

Job Description

• Work closely with stakeholders for weekly flash report
• Generate P&L statements, ensuring timely completion of monthly closing
• Ensure accuracy and timely monthly reports including regional P&L, variance analysis and etc
• Prepare schedules for balance sheet accounts and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Lead the preparation of regional forecasts and budgets
• Proactively engage stakeholders in a comprehensive understanding of performance drivers, moving beyond mere reporting to provide insightful analysis that supports decision-making and adds value
• Liaise with external auditors
• Identify opportunities for process/system improvements

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or its equivalent
• 6 years of working experience, including audit experience
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and manager with capability to lead, develop and drive performance of the team members
