Responsibilities:

· Handle full spectrum of finance & accounting matters, including management reporting, taxation, accounts closing

· Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies and good corporate governance

· To review, develop and implement proper guidelines, policies and procedures

· Handle Salary payment & Staff's Leaves

· and all other Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields

· At least 1 years of related experience

· Excellent analytical skills

· Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations

· Strong work ethics with the ability to manage confidential data

Responsibilities:

.Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

.Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes;

· Perform cash management and bank reconciliation for company bank accounts;

· Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;

· Support the operational teams such as vendor credit application form, purchase orders;

· Support audit, GST and tax queries;

· Assist with monthly and financial closing;

· Prepare balance sheet schedules and drafting annual audited financial reports; and

· Other ad-hoc finance tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation and perform financial analytical review
• Coordinate with subsidiaries’ finance leads to ensure timely and accurate
  financial reporting pack
• Prepare monthly Group management reporting pack & presentation deck
• Ensure monthly intercompany balances are reconciled by subsidiaries finance leads
• Oversees the month-end closing of holding company and several investment subsidiaries
• Prepare Group budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare board decks, SGX announcements and Annual report
• Prepare group financial statements & notes to the accounts
• Assist in Board Meeting and AGM/EGM coordination
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretarial agents, sponsors, and
  share registrar
• Any other ad-hoc financial duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, financial consolidation
  experience will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking
  skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
