Job Description:

1. General Ledger Maintenance

• Record and verify financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Accounts Receivable

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.

3. Payroll Transactions

• Support payroll processing requirements to ensure timely and compliant payments to employees.

4. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Provide support for ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Work Scope:

2. Assist in the preparation of reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties;

3. Work as a team member by sharing responsibilities, providing support and maintaining communication with colleagues on an effective and efficient basis; and

4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or a professional qualification under the ACCA, SCA and ICAEW schemes

· Proactive, committed and a team player
