Preferable candidate with industry and academic experiences and will be responsible for teaching and supervision for final year project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons (Face-to-Face) to students and carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role. The lessons may be time-tabled during the day, morning/afternoon weekdays.
• Design, develop and review course materials, as well as assessments
• Assess and evaluate student assignments and their academic performances
• Coach and mentor students to support their learning

For this role, you will organize, consolidate, and analyze financial and sales data to generate reports for management. The aim is to ensure that business operations are well-organized, and it is aligned with the company's set goals.

・Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management (including group companies)
・Assist to conduct internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency to the company and group company.
・Assist to formulate and implement organization’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals.
・Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short- and long-term business goals as set out by HQ.
・Collaborate closely with all departments and Group to ensure new projects are aligned with organization’s strategies and values.
・Assist to monitor the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including provision of support assistance to all departments for smoothening project accomplishment.
・Assist to manage and coordinate organization development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings.

Job Requirement

・Individuals with no experience (but with interest in Corporate Planning) can apply.
・A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline or diploma holder with 2-3 years' experience is preferred.
・Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
・Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
・Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
・Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
・Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
