Duties

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in (Accounting Firm preferable), including keeping full sets of accounts and tax.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• An independent team worker
• Able to work under stress to meet tight reporting deadlines

Roles and Responsibilites

• Manage supplier invoice registration and payment processing.
• Support daily accounting tasks, including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (staff reimbursements, accruals, reversals, miscellaneous bank transactions) and Intercompany billing.
• Handle administrative accounting responsibilities (admin expenses, staff claims, office expenses) and perform general office administrative duties.
• Aid in the preparation of audit schedules for AP, AR, and Intercompany Confirmation.
• Undertake any additional duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Must possess at least two years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Able to start immediately would be advantageous.

Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for our organization.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Full Set Accounts, including handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Compile monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets.

· Produce accurate and error-free accounting reports for management review.
