Responsibilities

• Using a pre-defined checklist to verify that all the necessary mandatory documents are in the file.
• Request from Underwriter/UA any missing document and save it in the shared file (common folder)
• To ensure that all the documents are then uploaded in Workview system in time for Audit.
• Underwriting structure and organization Chart together with copies of individual signed or attested underwriting authorities that are not stored in Artisan.
• Submission tracking data (as available) including submission volume, quote ratio and quote to bind ratio.
• Details of the Peer Review process and a copy of any Peer review log that is maintained to support the process.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Has a degree in Accounting or a Chartered Accountant; Monthly salary of not more than $4,800 depending on relevant working experience.

• Has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal stakeholders;

• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision;

• Has good time management and be able to meet deadlines;

• Prior work experience in chart of accounts review exercise, and familiar with SAP financial system as well as with advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage;
