We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Manager to be part of our core team to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning across all departments. The Operations Manager will develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed, handle administrative tasks, and support departmental coordination. This role requires strong multitasking, communication skills, and the ability to manage office processes effectively while reporting directly to the CEO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth coordination between all departments.
• SOP Development & Enforcement: Develop and implement SOPs for office processes, ensuring consistent practices across departments.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and department heads, including scheduling, reporting, and handling office logistics.
• Team Coordination: Ensure effective communication across teams and support managers in meeting organizational goals.
• Budget & Resource Management: Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for office supplies, equipment, and departmental needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on office operations, departmental performance, and key metrics to the CEO.
• Compliance & Organization: Ensure that office operations comply with legal and company standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
