Job Description

Role Purpose:

1. Ensure the execution of all the decarbonization measures outlined in the decarbonization roadmap.
2. Establish supply chains for the provision of green fuels as needed for decarbonization.
3. Lead and support initiatives within the realm of decarbonization, which includes aiding projects involving chartered tonnage and facilitating Energy Efficiency Technology Projects in non-owned fleets.
4. Develop models and support feasibility studies for the adoption of alternative fuels in both owned and chartered-in fleets.
5. Create and maintain databases for alternative fuel suppliers, Energy Efficiency Technologies, and current and future global and regional environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

Alternative Fuels:

1. Create a supply chain for hydrogen-based alternative fuels by reaching out to potential manufacturers and arranging for fuel bunkering in chosen ports.
2. Establish a process for the supply of biofuels in selected ports and explore the feasibility of supplying biofuels in ports where they are currently unavailable.
3. Compile a comprehensive global database of known and contacted alternative fuel suppliers.
4. Provide assistance in the adoption of biofuels within chartered-in fleets.

Energy Efficiency Technology (EET):

1. Develop and maintain a database of Energy Efficiency Technology (EET).
2. Offer support for the adoption of EET within chartered-in fleets.

Regulatory:

1. Develop and maintain a database encompassing current and forthcoming global and regional environmental regulations, including Market-Based Measures (MBM) schemes.
2. Represent the organization at relevant events when deemed necessary.
3. Act as the organization's representative in university studies or collaborative working groups when requested.

Business Development:

1. Formulate models and proposals, both for internal and external use, within the domain of alternative fuels and Energy Efficiency Technology (EET).
2. Provide support to the organization in developing models and proposals to assist business development and commercial teams in the context of decarbonization.
3. Identify potential partnerships and alliances along the shipping value chain.

Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Shipping, Environmental Compliance, or a related maritime field.
- Hold qualifications in maritime or business-related disciplines, such as Business Administration, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a sea-going officer certification.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully creating and executing business proposals and models.
- Display strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Possess a deep understanding of various business models specific to different shipping segments and the interactions between commercial and technical vessel management.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

The Residential Care Manager is responsible for the comprehensive care management, guidance, and supervision of residents not limiting to ensure efficient operations.

Areas of responsibilities:

A. Case Management

Serves as liaison with other agencies, support programs, family members, professionals and significant others as needed.

1. Conduct intake assessment of referrals.

2. Handle case assignments, draft individual care plans (ICP), review case progress and determine case closure. Develop and monitor their progress relative to their ICP through all phases of the programme.
