• Fully responsible for the MRO operations at site (Buying, sourcing, stores and inventory management)
• Achieve agreed KPIs (Safety, compliance, Stores management, sales and business developments)

3. Budgeting & Finance: Oversee the office budget, track expenses, and handle cost management.
4. Document Management: Ensure efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, and manage company records.
5. Communication Coordination: Manage internal and external communications, such as emails, meetings, and correspondences.
6. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for executives or departments.
7. Policy Implementation: Enforce organizational policies and procedures.
8. Inventory Management: Track office supplies, order replacements, and maintain inventory.
9. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for services and office supplies.
10. HR Support: Assist with HR-related duties, such as employee onboarding, maintaining attendance records, and organizing training.
11. Costing Management: Oversee daily business operation and costing estimation and update to the Management.
12. Project Monitoring: Estimate Manhour colculations and costing preparations for Projects.
