• Responsible for full spectrum of financial activities including oversight of management accounts reporting, forecasts and budgeting, cashflow management and statutory compliance

The Currencycloud APAC Compliance and Regulatory team serves as a critical partner to the MMS business, providing pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice to ensure that the regulated payment activities within licensed entities in APAC are in line with the local regulatory requirements where the licensed entities are operating in as well as Visa’s group standards. The team is part of the second-line Compliance function within Visa’s Group Compliance.

What a Compliance Manager does at Visa:

Based in Singapore, this position will support the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory who is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of Visa’s regulated entity as a Major Payments Institution (MPI) in Singapore, covering AML/CFT and Sanctions compliance matters. This position will be reporting to the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory based in Singapore and is a newly created position as part of Visa’s expansion plans within the APAC region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

·       Support Singapore MLRO in the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and Sanctions frameworks which are in line with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act (PSA) and the relevant subsidiary legislations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as Visa’s Global Compliance and other International AML/CFT and Sanctions standards. This includes preparation of responses in relation to any request for information from regulatory authorities on a timely basis and/or during regulatory inspections.

·       Responsible for identification and reporting of suspicious transactions (STR), including maintenance of proper records on all investigations and reviews based on trigger events, transaction alerts or escalation channels, provision of additional information where required by Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) and other law enforcement agencies.

·       Support the APAC Client Migration Project upon activation of Singapore license, including preparation of KYC uplift requirements and review of incremental KYC documentations upon submission by relevant clients.

·       Perform horizon scanning of AML/CFT and Sanctions legislations, including gap and impact analysis on consultation papers, new circulars, notices etc.

·       Handle AML/CFT, Sanctions and other related regulatory audits and ensure that the reviews commensurate with the nature, size and complexity of the regulated activities within the business and the ML/TF risks arising from those businesses; track progress of remedial plans arising from audit and/or regulatory inspection findings.

·       Work closely with first-line Compliance function such as the New Business Onboarding (NBO) team who is responsible for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) at point of client onboarding. Provide relevant and timely guidance and where required, participate in the client review process on a case-by-case basis.

·       Provide guidance to the Periodic Review team over clients’ refreshers and provide specific case review support where required,

·       Perform AML/CFT related review on banking and network partners, third party service providers etc.

·       Address communications and request for information from clients, banking and network partners in relation to AML/CFT matters.

·       Develop AML/CFT and other related training materials and conduct training to the business stakeholders on a regular basis. Maintain all training records and attendance where required.

Responsible for performance expertise and operational excellence in Energy & Utilities assets (Power plant, Utilities plant and water treatment plants etc.) operation to ensure good plant availability, reliability and optimization.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting Reliability Analysis: Perform data analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis to identify potential failures, their impact, and underlying causes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily check and regular inspection with management teams and term contractors to improve and maintain the common property.
• Prepare for council meetings and annual general meetings including agenda, minutes and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
• Administrative work a) including update any change of authorized signatories for proper financial operation of Clients’ current and fixed deposit accounts based on the mandate to be determined by the Clients. b) execute renewal and/or new contract, agreements & insurance. c) ensure passing or amending by-law is lodged with authority within the required frame. d) attending to submission on approval of renovation work by individual unit.
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common property.
• Assist project work including asking tender, inviting contractors, site show around and collecting quotation with proper specifications and scopes of works.
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant building certificates & licence renewal.
• Manage & supervise the management team and recommend & motivate team’s work performance.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site / estate.
• Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions.

• Fully responsible for day to day operation of building / condominium.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
• Mature and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.
