GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she supports the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Head (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients. He/she may be the first point of contact for the client and as such, being able to gain the client’s confidence and give a positive, professional impression will be a strong asset. The ARM is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client instructions, as well as the efficient handling of client enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues where necessary. • Prepare quotes, proposals, agreements, and manage customer negotiations for approval, finalizing terms and conditions.
• Support the Marketing Manager/Director in preparing the annual sales and marketing budget.
• Achieve sales targets and departmental objectives, including Corporate Incentive Plans (CIP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals.

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of regional marketing experience in the aviation industry, ideally with experience in repair and overhaul services.
• A strong understanding of the regional business environment is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation field.
• A formal qualification in marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Extensive travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and eliminate any identified fire hazard within the premises
• Monitor the maintenance of the fire safety systems in compliance with regulations
• Recommend tests for fire safety systems to ensure they are in good operating condition
• Liaise and coordinate with SCDF on all matters relating to fire safety and its requirements.
• Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises;

Position context

• The Category Manager Brown, White and Champagne reports to the Marketing and CCM Director, Asia PMs who in turn reports to the Managing Director APMs
• The Category Manager Brown, White Spirits and Champagen oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy .
