Job Description:

1. Providing support to the Accounts Department
2. Accounts receivable functions such as processing invoices, keeping track of receivables and filing and updating of received records.
3. Accounts payable functions such as verification of invoices received, preparing payments observing credit terms and limits and filing and updating payment records.
4. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
5. Prepares financial reports and GST reports for assigned accounts
