Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: You will be the face of the Centre, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. You will handle administrative tasks such as registration of new students, managing walk-ins, and responding to inquiries from parents.
• Sales and Enrolment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrolment.Conduct outreach to potential students and their families through various channels, including phone calls and emails. Provide information about our tuition programs, courses, and schedules to interested parents. Guide parents through the enrolment process, including registration, payment, and scheduling.
• Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. This will be a front of house position welcoming clients and scheduling our therapists. Knowledge of the different therapy offerings is essential. Must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to help in all areas of the centre.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal as to fulfil the statutory requirements (e.g. Lifting gear)
• Responsible to raise the departmental purchase requisition for approval
• Handle and coordinates on the incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery orders
• Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
• Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy
• Maintain appropriate filling of documentations for easier retrieval
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement:
