• To check through the sale collection base on receipt & reconciliation (such as cash/VISA, Master etc)
• Process payment for the overdue supplier & process for management approval
• Check through with sub ledger vs GL and recon for variance
• Liase with vendor on invoice & payment matters
• Corresponding with outlet manager for any issue occur & follow up accordingly
• Process for JV according to the other expenses report
• Recon for GST Input & GST output are recorded according to the GST standard
• Prepare for month end closing base on timeline given by management
• Prepare management report (P&L, BS, TB)
• Prepare audit schedule (such as Prepayment, Accrual etc)
• Process for bank reconciliation with bank statement
• Corresponding with auditor for the year end audit & follow up for auditor request
• Prepare for audit confirmation
• Support for stock take base on the location assign
• Other daily ad-hoc assign by management

Work & Responsibilities:

9. Works and coordinates with fellow team members on collective assignments.

10. Familiar with local code, regulation, and authority submission

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or other relevant design software). PowerPoint and sketchup for presentation will be advantaged.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.

Job Objectives:

Tasked with aiding the Security Manager in safeguarding properties and ensuring the well-being of guests, employees, and the hotel. Supervise all activities of security staff to ensure compliance and proper application of department regulations and hotel policies. Documents all action in the department, including: emergencies, loss, theft, or accident.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages the Security Department, alongside with Security Manager.
• Oversees the security department and their day to day operations.
• Trains all security personnel in their areas of responsibilities.
• Reviews policies, procedures, and instructions on a regular basis.
• Evaluates possible hazards or threats to security.
• Promotes a safety attitude amongst all employees.
• Ensures safety of persons in the hotel and property assets.
• Reports irregularity in employee or guest behavior.
• Handles loss, damage and accidents.
• Handles, documents, and follows up with necessary persons any accidents occurring in the hotel premises.
• Investigates theft as reported by guest or employee.
• Documents all action in the department, including: emergencies, loss, theft, or accident.
• Participates in weekly department heads meeting in absence of Security Manager - Rooms Division Meeting and any others if requested.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education of High Vocational diploma in any discipline. Bachelor degree holder have an advantage.
