• Operate precision CNC turning/milling machine
• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Interpret Engineering Drawings and Feature of Control Symbols
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Able to handle 8" to 12" chuck CNC Turn/Mill Machine, Fanuc control

Requirement

• Proficient in Quality Consciousness with the ability to meet productivity goals
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre

Job Description:

• Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
• Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
• Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
• Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of processes and able to quickly grasp system flows
• Follow up closely with the team's work progress

Requirements

• Min qualification diploma with 2 years’ experience in admin work
• Similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with customer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Fast in respond and able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, resilient and positive mindset

An account assistant supports the accounting team with a variety of tasks, including:

• Clerical and administrative: Answering and directing phone calls, filing, typing letters, processing incoming mail, and data entry
• Financial reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Payroll processing: Gathering and inputting relevant data to support payroll processing
• Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions
• Accounts receivable: Issuing and tracking invoices, recording payments and adjustments, and updating customer relationship management files
• Accounts payable: Ensuring that all bills and other payables are resolved accurately and on time
• Journal entries: Updating journal entries into the accounting system
