Responsibilities

• Provide sorting of documents from customer cartons to an empty container
• pick up destruction cartons
• Performs routine facility tasks, such as assisting to move boxes of paper
• Retrieving cartons/files from storage location
• Take turns with general light janitorial duties at facility, such as sweeping floors and area cleaning
• The operations module is more like a production chain where the staff need to stand almost whole day to do the sorting
• Perform other related jobs as needed (e.g.: housekeeping, cleaning of machine, area cleaning; and etc.)
• Operating Crane

Requirements

• Min. N level
• WAH certificate is an advantage
• Ability to carry at least 15kg to 20kg of carton

Retail Assistant

• Working days - 6 days
• Operation hours: 6am - 12am (shift to be discuss )
• For 6am Opening shift / and 12am closing shift would have door to door transport provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product information, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Guide customers to assist them making purchasing decisions.
• Ensure that shelves are stocked properly and that all items and shelves are dusted and cleaned periodically.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
• Handle refunds and exchanges and associated paperwork.
• Balance cash registers at the end of the shift and make sure that there is sufficient cash change available for the next shift.
• Order low stocks and make sure that newly delivered stock is placed on shelves appropriately.
• Put up store and window displays for products on promotion.
• Ensure that any discrepancies are communicated to your Reporting Manager immediately.
• Take and resolve customers’ complaints and relay complicated ones to the Reporting Manager.
• Any duties as delegated by your Reporting Manager.

As a Warehouse Assistant supporting at our Manufacturing Site, you will be trusted to work on Warehouse Duties. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Perform goods receipts (GR) physical and transactions in SAP system.
• Raw material issuance to production (physical and system).
• Perform monthly cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance to SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP, AFCM, FDA, MDSAP and HSE regulatory.
• Perform finished goods posting in SAP.
• Perform Palletizing of finished goods.
• Load and unload pallet to/from racking.

Our client is currently looking for a Account Assistant Manager ( Japanese Speaking ) at a Japanese Trading company.

Job title: Account Assistant Manager

Location: West Area (The nearest MRT is Jurong East)

Key Responsibilities:

・Manage the full set of accounts

・Perform daily financial accounting tasks.

・Maintain and update the fixed assets register

・Handle partial set of accounts, including month-end closing activities.

Conduct general ledger postings and reconcile all accounts, including bank reconciliations

・Prepare balance sheet schedules and audit schedules

・Coordinate and provide necessary information for statutory reporting, including quarterly GST submissions

・Liaise with auditors as required

・Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

・Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting role

・Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills

・A good team player with a positive attitude

・Quick learner with strong attention to detail

・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
