Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Description:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.

Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to a team.

· Assist in organizing company events.

· Provide travel and accommodation arrangements support.

· Answer telephone calls and take down messages carefully when the needs arise.

· Meet and greet clients and visitors cheerfully.

· Sign for, distribute DHL/Fed Ex/SF packages and arrange for delivery of goods to local and global contacts whenever the need arises.

· Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence.

· Other ad hoc duties arranged by Manager.

· Fluent in Mandarin and English so that can liaise with Chinese parties (as the case may be)

• Create and implement strategic business development plans to discover new leads.

• Perform market research and analyze competitors to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.

• Communicate the company’s products, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.

• Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and finalization.

• Provide timely and precise reports on business development activities, pipelines, and key performance indicators.

• Assist in creating marketing materials and sales enablement content.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in business development.

• Contribute to the organization's overall growth and success by identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma Holder and above.

· Minimum 3 Years Experience in relevant role.

· Experience in Hospitality/Travel or relevant industry will be advantageous.

· Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
