Strategic Consultancy is a professional firm providing a full range of corporate management services including accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial. To meet our expansion needs, we are inviting qualified people to join us.

Responsibilities

· Perform a range of accounting including data entry of payables, receivables, journal entries, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and management accounts

· Prepare and submit corporate income tax and quarterly GST returns

· Compile financial statements and schedules for statutory audit, ACRA filing or tax purpose

· Liaise with clients’ auditors and tax agents to ensure a smooth exchange of information

· Assist in Payroll and Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

· Knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST Act and Companies Act

· Good knowledge of Xero and / MYOB is ana dvantage;

· Working experience in accounting firm will be an advantage

· Possess initiative and ability to workindependently

· Team player with good communication,interpersonal and client servicing skills

· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

The spa manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a spa facility. Responsibilities

3. Inventory Management: The spa manager is responsible for tracking and maintaining the inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies. This includes ordering and receiving new stock, as well as ensuring that existing supplies are stocked and easily accessible.

4. Marketing and Promotions: The spa manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing ones. This includes creating promotional campaigns, collaborating with local spas and salons, and organizing special events or promotions.

5. Financial Management: The spa manager is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial aspects of the spa. This includes managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial goals are met.

6. Safety and Compliance: The spa manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of the spa facility. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and implementing safety protocols and procedures.
